Saper Law Immersion Program
Saper Law Immersion Program. Chicago, Illinois.
Alexandra Rudolph, Instructor
The Saper Law Immersion Program brings together new attorneys and new businesses. It is structured as a one week intensive course for law students and attorneys who will receive legal training by counseling start ups under the direct supervision of Saper Law attorneys. Participating attorneys will create new business entities, file trademark and copyright registrations, draft licensing agreements, and create non-compete, confidentiality, and work for hire contracts. A heavy emphasis will also be placed on new media and social media issues. Guest lecturers and excursions to the State and Federal Courthouses will expose students to litigation practice.
